Axis's remote sensing field ranges from the real-time processing of high-speed, large volume data downlinked from a satellite to the provision of the data in the image-analysis processing format.

The data downlinked from the satellite is demodulated by the receiving system and transmitted to the real-time data processing system.The real-time data processing system performs the synchronous process, error-correcting process, and format conversion process on the inputted bit-stream data.Also, this system includes the real-time image display system and test-signal output system for mission simulations.

After the data is processed in real time, the image-processing system computer performs the image processing on the data to convert it to the one that can be provided.This system can process high-speed, large volume image data, aiming to meet the trend toward faster processing and larger capacity.

Also, this system has control/monitor ports in consideration of the construction of the general remote terminal control system and extensibility to future systems.
