-- Summary --
HCE SIM supplies each test article with heater power and controls the power supply on a heat simulation test. Also, it monitors the temperature of the heater power supply and each part of the test articles.
Main Functions
(1) Electrical power supply unit
-Supplies the heater with the electric power that simulates heating.
-Controls the output current of the built-in power unit according to the control by the PC unit.
-Monitors the output voltage/current of the power unit through the interface.
-Uses the power unit of 0~60V/0~6A per 1ch.
(2) Temperature data collection unit
-Collects 300 temperature data using the mounted scanner.
Temperature data range: -2000C ~ +4000C)
The scanner provides the PC with the collected data.
(3) PC units - #1 and #2
-Controls the electrical power supply unit, specifies the flow of the power current to be supplied to the heater, and monitors power voltage/current.
-Controls the temperature data collection unit and collects the temperature data of each part of the test articles.
-Converts the designated power value to the heater supply current with software according to the previously-designated heater resistance value.
-LAN provides the PC unit #2 with the heater power supply, power voltage/current of the monitor, and temperature of the monitor.
-Creates a log-file on the hard disk and stores the input data in it.
Shows the up-dated data or old data in the log-files in list or graph form. |
